We may collect information that you give to us in member registration, consultations, surveys, competitions or questionnaires. Whenever we do this we will inform you of what your information will be used for and to whom it will be disclosed. We may share non-personal statistical, or summary information (limited to that held within the registration process) with organisations working in partnership with us, such as our funders or for sports development purposes. All personal information supplied is held securely - in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and you have a right to request a copy of all the personal information that Ettrick & Lauderdale Sports Council holds about you, and to have inaccuracies corrected.
